Rainfall

May brings moderate amounts of rain to most parts of the Caribbean, but the weather does vary a lot from island to island.

The dry season continues this month on the southern Netherlands Antilles islands of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao.

For some islands, rainfall actually peaks in May. This is a particularly rainy month for St John's in Antigua, Kingston in Jamaica and San Juan in Puerto Rico.
