This page gives the highest daily snowfall of each year in Anchorage and the date it occurred. If a date has a plus sign beside it that means the same amount of snow also fell on at least one other day earlier in the year.
These snowfall extremes were measured at the Ted Stevens International Airport near downtown Anchorage and go back to 1954. Since then, the most amount of snow to land in one day at Anchorage is 22.0 inches (55.9 centimetres) on March 17, 2002 .
